Q: How do I get started?
A: First, it is helpful to determine the artwork you would like screen printed or embroidered on your garment. If you have a design idea in mind, then it is much easier to determine the type, color, and style of garment you would like to order. If you already have artwork or a logo prepared, our graphic artists or digitizer can make it print or embroidery ready. If you don’t have any artwork, our graphics department can take your basic idea and turn it in to a custom design. Please feel free to browse our design galleries for ideas.
Q: What is the minimum quantity I can order?
A: We like to have a minimum of 24 pieces for screen printing. A minimum of 12 for embroidery is preferred. If you are unable to reach the required minimums, please contact a customer service representative to determine your options.
Q: How much will this cost?
A: Please feel free to call or email one of our sales reps to request a price quote. They will need to know how many pieces in the order and the type of garment you would like screen printed or embroidered. You will receive a quote as soon as possible via phone or email.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Orders typically take two weeks from the day you place your order to complete. In order to meet this deadline, garment order must be placed at least 10 days prior to due date and artwork must be approved at least 5 days prior to due date.
Q: What if I need a rush order?
A: Gold Star Graphics will do everything possible to get your order completed without a rush charge. Please contact a sales rep to determine if a rush order is possible and if rush fees are applicable.
Q: Can you ship the order or do I need to pick it up?
A: Gold Star Graphics can ship your order anywhere in the United States via UPS. However, you will be charged a fee for freight. We ask that you allow time in transit when scheduling your due date. Pick up is available during our business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
